The late Nick Andrianakos was the founder and Chairman of Andrianakos Property Group, Nikos Property Group, Milemaker Petroleum and all associated entities. Nick founded Milemaker Petroleum, maintaining a highly successful relationship with Caltex Australia as its largest independent fuel-reseller in Australia. Today, Milemaker and Nikos Property Group is publicly recognised as one of Australia’s largest privately owned property businesses.
In addition to spearheading operations at Milemaker for over 40 years, Nick made key strategic decisions in the 1990’s and 2000’s to acquire and landbank large holdings across Victoria. Nick Andrianakos now works alongside his son Theo, providing strategic oversight across all operations of the business.
Theo Andrianakos has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Andrianakos Property Group, Nikos Property Group, Milemaker Petroleum and all associated entities since 2018, being appointed the position after 30 years of experience in the family business.
Theo was instrumental in the growth of the Milemaker fuel retailing business, managing acquisitions and developing the groups infrastructure. In 2017 Theo and his father Nick, brokered the sale of the Milemaker business to Caltex Australia, establishing the individual goodwill in the families 50+ service station sites whilst negotiating leases and successfully obtaining ACCC support. Following this, Theo re-defined the groups strategic direction to commercial and retail assets, cementing the families name and his father’s living legacy in Australian history.
Paul Andrianakos is a director of the Milemaker Petroleum and Nikos Property Groups. Paul alongside his brother Theo and his father Nick, was heavily involved in the Milemaker fuel retailing business and assisted in building the company. Today, Paul assists in the management of the group’s convenience and car-wash assets.
Nicholas O’Brien is the Andrianakos Family Group CFO with over a decade of experience in the public practice accounting and finance sector. Holding a Bachelor of Business from Monash University and a Chartered Accountant (CA) Membership, Nicholas previously worked with Deloitte Australia servicing private businesses and the high-net-worth families that sit behind them.
Nicholas Andrianakos is a property executive within Andrianakos Family Group and is a third-generation member of the Andrianakos family. Nicholas is responsible for financial management of assets within the national portfolio. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Finance from Monash University.
