A 50% stake in Colonnades Shopping Centre was acquired in May 2022 by Nikos Property Group in partnership with Vicinity Centres as part of our strategy to diversify our investment holdings to include strong performing retail assets following the acquisition of a number of high-profile office assets.

Colonnades Shopping Centre is uniquely positioned on a 35 ha site just 26 km south of the Adelaide CBD making it the fourth largest shopping centre landholding in the country.

Nikos Property Group hold a 50% stake in the centre in current partnership with Vicinity Centres. The centre is anchored by Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, Kmart, Big W & Dan Murphy’s.
